  • Invalid or non-working activation key, confirmed by our support team

  • Duplicate purchase


2. Conditions for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • You must provide:

    • Your order number

    • The email used during checkout

    • A brief explanation of the issue

  • We reserve the right to decline a refund if the key was successfully activated or the guide was downloaded.


3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed via Paddle, our payment provider.

  • Once approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


5. No Refunds For:

  • Change of mind after download

  • Activation failures due to incompatible hardware or pirated software

  • Shared or misused product keys
