A brief explanation of the issue
We reserve the right to decline a refund if the key was successfully activated or the guide was downloaded.

Once approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. No Refunds For:
Change of mind after download
Activation failures due to incompatible hardware or pirated software
Shared or misused product keys
